We were in room 510 (definitely the best room in the whole building in my opinion!) The room was incredible, we had our own private roof top terrace which was hidden from the view of onlookers. Considering how central the hotel is, it is very quiet and peaceful. The pastries and water each morning were a lovely touch and the free juice and snacks (fruit, biscuits, pastry) throughout the day saved us some money as we didn't need to stop in and buy water or snacks in shops. We stayed for a week, normally this would be too long in Madrid but because we had the amazing roof terrace to sit out on, it meant that we could chill for a couple of days and lie on in the sun. The roof top terrace for everyone was well maintained, it gets the sun all day and was always quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day no matter what time you left the room at! We would relax on the terrace all day and head out at night and when we came back the room would be spotless! It is in a fab location, very central and surrounded by ice cream shops, brunch spots, drinks, lots of vegan food.. the list is endless! There is a little fridge to keep your food and water cool, lots of power points and a hairdryer. It felt like a home from home, we were just delighted with our stay and would highly recommend!

I’ve stayed only 2 nights in this B&B. This is my honest review. About the hotel: It’s in a great location near to the metro station “Tribunal” and LOTS of commerce around. It is clean and quiet. I loved the fact that they have a rooftop to chill and a kitchen area with free water/juice, tea, coffee/milk, cookies, fruit and even utensils and microwave to eat take away food! That’s so nice of them. About the room: The room that was given to us was very spacious, with 2 street balconies and air conditioner. There is a lot of shampoo/bath gel and the bed was so comfortable! My room had a mini fridge with cold water. Every morning the cleaning staff would leave a paper bag with some small pastries and new water bottles in the door. I didn’t pay for breakfast included so this is a very kind gesture of them. The only bad thing was the running water noise coming constantly from the bathroom of the room next door. It was really bothering my sleep. Not sure if it was just mine or if it’s something common. Overall I loved the experience and I will definitely come back and recommend! After the checkout we asked if they could keep our bags until our late night flight and they were totally okay! Hope the other travelers have the same experience :)

The room was just perfect for one night stay, the more as it was located on a pedestrian street, no traffic at all, with numberless and various stores waiting for you at the foot of the hotel! The attention for detail is something that cannot be overlooked: on the morning of departure we had a little bag with biscuits, water and fruit hanging on the door handle... Yes, almost everyone that has written a review for this boutique hotel has mentioned the terrace at the 5th floor, because you can find there Cafeteria machines with different type of cafes, juices, tea and even different type of fruit and tea/coffee cookies! As we were so close to the Gran Vía we could not resist dining at the fine Restaurante De Maria (Argentinian parrilladas de Carne, Pl. del Callao 1) just 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, in the center of the lively Madrid vibes. it is close to two metro stations-gran via and tribunal (which are well connected to the Atocha metro station). the hotel has a half-open terrace and an attached (sort of) kitchen with a variety of beverages, fruits, and cookies that are open 24 hours. the room was pretty though the restrooms were a bit small. I had a city view room with a beautiful balcony and I loved it.. the staff was very nice and helpful. the place is very close to museums, mayors plaza and the royal palace.. all accessible on foot or through the metro too..if you want to do shopping, there are all types of showrooms in the same lane so all in all a perfect place to get the Madrid vibes.. n yeah it was highly reasonable!!

Amazing location in the center but not in the main touristy street. A lot of bars/restaurants within a walking distance. Same for main attractions- we used metro twice as otherwise it was great to walk everywhere. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. There was some noice in the evening from the street but nothing too loud that wouldn’t let us sleep. Also a big plus for a terrace on the 5th floor with free coffee/juices and a new bag every day with cookies and croissants.
